How do I know if an item is in stock?All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable , we will inform you by email or by call and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?West Malaysia : 3 – 5 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays. East Malaysia : 3 – 7 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.

What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?For missing or wrongly shipped items, kindly email us your order detail information to saltedcaramel2019@hotmail.com. Information required: 1) Order ID number 2) Customer’s name 3) Customer’s contact number We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.

What are the payment method available?At the moment, we only accept Cash On Delivery and Online Transfer :) 1. Kindly contact us to place your order. (Seller info stated in the 'Contact' page) 2. Customer can choose either online bank in or meet up with us. 3. If you wish to COD, we will arrange a suitable time and place to meet up with you.
